You guys were GREAT! You worked with me via telephone to get a custom order created, had issues delivering to the facility; however, found a way to deliver at the residence. The recipient was THRILLED with the arrangement. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I was really pleased with the arrangement they helped me select, and delighted to receive an email when it was delivered, and also a photo of the actual arrangement my friend got. That is what I call great customer service. I will use this florist again if I need to send flowers in Maryland.
