The nice woman who answered the phone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I placed the order online with no issues. Flowers were well received by my friend the next day. She said the delivery person was very kind, bringing the flowers in the house for her. Since they were a gift, it would have been wonderful to have a photo of the delivery, like Amazon.

What a wonderful business — I called from out of town the day of my family member’s birthday and asked if they could deliver something that afternoon. The woman who helped me on the phone was so friendly and professional—and the arrangement was delivered within a couple of hours. My family member was thrilled; the flowers were gorgeous. Highly recommend this florist!
