In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Excellent experience with Flowers by Fiore. The team were helpful and friendly, had guidance in making my choice of bouquet, and wasn’t rushed at all, felt I really was in safe hands. They even delivered same day, which was perfect. I heard from my friend who was delighted with the flowers, they were absolutely gorgeous, she sent me a photo, I loved them. I’ve used Fiore for awhile now and everytime the flower arrangements are just gorgeous. This week I had to send two… one to Kansas and one outside their normal delivery area in Bel Air. They were so sweet to do that for me. It’s those little things that make the customers come back :)
