I love the basket however I was looking for Palms (my favorite) to be included in the selection. I did speak with the owner who made the arrangement and my concern is not so much the arrangement but how she ignores the customer, interrupts them by talking over them. I had to repeatedly tell her I understand it would not be exact as the picture on the website. She used that word ‘exact’ numerous times to where it was annoying! And she interrupted and talked over me a few times. Just not good customer service! Doesn’t matter if she’s been in business for all those years if she doesn’t know how to talk to her customers! Just do better!
