Well done arrangement Flowers looked as expected and were fresh Delivery system is smooth and well executed—I really love that they include a photo of the arrangement upon delivery, and once our recipient brought them inside and gave them a “fluff” from the packaging, the arrangement was even more lovely. Designer was able to make modifications to reflect our preferences Unless you are very specific in your order and questions, there is a lot of substitution in flowers and vases but the vibe is faithful to the image. The website pictures always give a view with the flowers pushed forward, so the actual arrangement is never as full as it appeared in the stock photo on line, but the count is accurate. The standard would have been skimpy because I selected a different vase. The designer was very upfront about that, and I found that helpful. I would order from them again.
