Our team of expert designers will use only the most beautiful and fresh product in the shop to create a beautiful arrangement in fall colors. For special request please make a note in the special instruction section of the order.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My aunt was going to rehab in Bel Air and staying at the Lorien and I wanted to have a nice bouquet for her to brighten her stay. I called your company because I wanted to support a local business. The gal I spoke to (I believe her name was Susie?) She was very friendly and quite helpful! The arrangement arrived yesterday and even though my aunt has not commented, I did receive a photo.
