We ordered a corsage for our grandson's homecoming dance. It had to be picked up by 2:00 on a Saturday before they closed. We lost track of time. I received a message at 1:40 that they would be closing soon. I called back and they said they would wait for me if I didn't make it in time. Excellent customer service. P.S. I did make it, and the corsage was beautiful.
